We are always looking for exceptional individuals to join our multinational group of talented professionals, and right now we are seeking to recruit a motivated and experienced HR Advisor. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering expert advice and support across all aspects of employee relations. You will be the first point of contact for HR queries, partnering with managers to ensure fair, consistent, and legally compliant practices that contribute to a high-performing and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a range of employee relations (ER) casework, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability, and performance.
- Provide clear, pragmatic advice to managers in line with employment law and company policy.
- Attend formal hearings as the HR representative.
- Coach managers on people management practices and support them in driving high performance.
- Deliver and support training on ER topics such as conduct, absence, new policies, and employment law changes.
- Monitor and apply changes in employment legislation to internal HR policies and practices.
- Accurately maintain HR records and systems (e.g. Workday, HFX), and use data insights to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Support wider HR projects related to culture, wellbeing, policy, and employee engagement.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of CIPD Level 5 qualification in HR.
- Proven experience independently managing complex employee relations casework.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional judgement with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday is desirable.
