You’ll support pre- and post-sales activities, bridge global sales teams and the Dover site, and help drive business growth while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert technical support and guidance to customers and distributors via phone, email, and on-site visits.
  • Represent Megger at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events with technical demonstrations.
  • Create technical content to support pre- and post-sales activities, including competitor comparisons, application notes, and videos.
  • Assist Product Managers during product development, alpha/beta phases, and NPIT launches, including regression testing.
  • Maintain departmental demonstration stock, complete reports and workshop tasks, and update records in the CRM system.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven hands-on experience as an electrician in commercial and industrial electrical installations.
  • Strong understanding of electrical testing procedures and standards, including BS7671 and BS2391.
  • Working towards vocational qualifications or HND in Electrical Engineering, with potential progression to degree level.
  • HNC in Electrical Engineering plus 2 A-Levels (including one maths-based subject).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Megger analysis software, social media platforms, and internal IT systems.
  • Full driving licence required and willingness to travel within the UK and internationally.

Please note: Only candidates with direct electrical installation experience will be considered.
