Key Responsibilities

  • Travel to customer sites to carry out high and low voltage service repairs, inspections and testing.
  • Produce detailed service tour and inspection reports, including Health & Safety checks and risk assessments.
  • Create, update and maintain scheduling, inspection, test and repair reports while supporting QHSE requirements.
  • Carry out calibration support, minor adjustments and repairs on high voltage instruments, ensuring timely completion of allocated work.
  • Respond to customer enquiries, providing clear service updates and high-quality customer service.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

  • Qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent relevant technical background.
  • Experience or familiarity with servicing and repairing High Voltage products and instrumentation.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety practices relating to High Voltage environments.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • PC literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong practical, methodical approach with sound diagnostic and problem‑solving skills.
