Key Responsibilities
- Travel to customer sites to carry out high and low voltage service repairs, inspections and testing.
- Produce detailed service tour and inspection reports, including Health & Safety checks and risk assessments.
- Create, update and maintain scheduling, inspection, test and repair reports while supporting QHSE requirements.
- Carry out calibration support, minor adjustments and repairs on high voltage instruments, ensuring timely completion of allocated work.
- Respond to customer enquiries, providing clear service updates and high-quality customer service.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
- Qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent relevant technical background.
- Experience or familiarity with servicing and repairing High Voltage products and instrumentation.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety practices relating to High Voltage environments.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- PC literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong practical, methodical approach with sound diagnostic and problem‑solving skills.
