We are always looking for exceptional individuals to join our multinational group of talented professionals and right now we are seeking to recruit a motivated and talented Repair Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for the repair, calibration, and return-to-stock (RTS) of Dover-manufactured instruments. You will play a key part in ensuring all instruments meet quality standards, performing firmware/software updates, minor repairs, and diagnostic testing, while reporting findings to our quality department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce CCC inspection reports and maintain repair documentation.
  • Support the calibration and repair of instruments as required.
  • Carry out minor adjustments and component-level repairs, including soldering.
  • Manage common fault reports for repairs and calibration.
  • Complete allocated repair work efficiently, meeting departmental KPIs.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in electronics, with PCB-level fault finding and repair.
  • ERP system experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety practices relevant to low and high voltage work.
  • Enthusiastic, flexible, and self-motivated with a methodical approach.
  • Strong diagnostic and practical skills, able to work unsupervised to meet deadlines.
