We are always looking for exceptional individuals to join our multinational group of talented professionals and right now we are seeking to recruit a motivated and talented Production Coordinator. As a Co-ordinator at Megger, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our team delivers Orders on Time and In Full (OTIF) to our customers, both internal and external. Emphasis is placed on quality of output, stock accountability, and daily team coordination. At the start, you will learn production processes at the operator level to gain a full understanding of how the department functions. This role represents the first step in leadership within production, offering opportunities to progress to a Team Leader position following successful probation, further training, and demonstrated high performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage stock and resolve discrepancies.
- Support warehouse and packing operations.
- Maintain accurate records of goods received and materials.
- Follow health and safety procedures.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ability to read engineering/mechanical drawings.
