Megger is seeking a Scrum Master to champion Agile and Lean values across our firmware development teams. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach cross-functional squads, and help align sprint outcomes with project milestones to maximise high-value software increments.
You will work with Product Owners, Project Managers and engineers to remove impediments and drive continuous improvement, applying Lean-Agile practices across the SDLC and leveraging JIRA/Confluence for visibility and tracking.
