We are always looking for exceptional individuals to join our multinational team of talented professionals. We are currently seeking a motivated Junior Production Operator to join our Production Services Department on a 6-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will support the production of high-quality transformers and coils, assemble WACL's and sub-assemblies, and ensure finished products are packed and ready for delivery in line with production plans. You’ll also contribute to inventory accuracy and continuous improvement within the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture transformers and coils to required quality and efficiency standards.
- Assemble, test, and pack Lead assemblies, sub-assemblies and WACL's in line with production plans or cell sheets.
- Support other production cells with flexibility and collaboration.
- Accurately book and count stock to maintain inventory records.
- Participate in improvement activities to enhance productivity and quality.

- Ability to use a PC and enter data accurately.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Good manual dexterity and ability to follow instructions, drawings, and bills of materials.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and multitasking skills.
