Megger is seeking a Production Team Leader for the Surface Mount Technology (SMT) team in the UK.
You will lead and develop a team of production operators and technicians to ensure high-quality PCB assemblies are manufactured safely, efficiently and on time.
You will oversee SMT machine programming, setup and changeovers, drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing, and collaborate with Engineering and Quality to resolve issues and meet production targets.
