The Vacancy

We are always looking for exceptional individuals to join our multinational group of talented professionals and right now we are seeking to recruit a motivated and talented Quality Assurance Coordinator. In this role, you will provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Quality function, ensuring Quality systems, records and data are accurately maintained, analysed and reported. You will coordinate Quality activities, produce KPI and statistical reports, support audit requirements and contribute to the continuous improvement of Quality systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update Quality systems, records and documentation, ensuring information is accurate, complete and readily retrievable.
  • Maintain and analyse Quality data relating to Customer Care, Warranty Repairs and Rejects/Nonconforming Material.
  • Produce accurate and timely monthly Quality KPI, statistical and management reports.
  • Coordinate Quality activities and workloads, monitor outstanding actions and escalates overdue or delayed activities where appropriate.
  • Support internal and external Quality audits through the preparation and retrieval of relevant records and information.
  • Identify opportunities to improve Quality administration, reporting and information systems.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

  • At least 3 years' recent and relevant experience in a similar administrative or Quality-related role.
  • Experience working in a busy administrative environment, ideally within a manufacturing or Quality environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Experience analysing data and producing accurate statistical and KPI reports.
  • Experience using electronic data management, reporting or MRP/ERP systems; SAP experience would be advantageous.
  • Understanding of Quality Management Systems, document control and the importance of accurate, traceable and auditable records.
  • Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different departments.
