We are always looking for exceptional individuals to join our multinational group of talented professionals and right now we are seeking to recruit a motivated and talented Junior Warehouse Operator for our Warehouse team in Kent.

Our Warehouse Operators are responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of our products. They will ensure materials are processed in line with safety regulations and internal systems. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth flow of goods to our customers, distributors, and other Megger sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle goods in/out using barcode scanners and computerized systems.
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch orders.
  • Maintain a safe, tidy work environment in line with health and safety protocols.
  • Use the Kanban method to control materials for production.
  • Liaise with customers, distributors, and other sites to ensure timely deliveries.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
  • Forklift training (or willingness to complete training).
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office).
  • Health and safety knowledge (training provided).
  • Enthusiastic, motivated team player with good customer service skills.
