What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a confident Chef de Partie who knows their way around a busy kitchen. You’ll have solid kitchen experience, strong basic cooking skills and be comfortable taking ownership of your section from prep through to service.
You’ll thrive when the checks are flying, take real pride in every plate you send and know how important consistency, pace and organisation are to a great service. You’ll be a proper team player too, supporting the chefs around you and helping less experienced members of the kitchen build their skills.

What You'll Be Doing
Taking ownership of your section, making sure it’s prepped, stocked, organised and ready to smash every service
Cooking and plating our dishes to Megan’s recipes and specs, delivering brilliant quality and consistency every time
Working with pace when the checks are flying, managing your section effectively and communicating with the wider kitchen to keep service moving
Looking after stock on your section, following portion controls, rotation and storage standards and helping to keep waste under control
Maintaining brilliant standards of cleanliness and organisation, taking pride in your section and the wider kitchen
Supporting Commis Chefs and newer team members, sharing your knowledge and helping them build their confidence and kitchen skills
Following our food safety, allergen, hygiene and health & safety standards every shift, making sure anything that isn’t right is spotted and dealt with quickly
