Our mission? To become the nation\’s most loved neighbourhood restaurant & we\’re looking for an exceptional Operations Manager to help us get there.

As an Operations Manager, you\’ll be a key senior leader: reporting to the Head of Operations and leading a team of GMs and Head Chefs to deliver outstanding performance across our sites. With a passion for people, hospitality & driving performance, you\’ll ensure exceptional delivery of all metrics while maintaining our unique culture & high standards.

About you:

  • Able to drive both commercial and operational success
  • A people-first leader who inspires, develops & mentors high-performing teams
  • Experienced in multi-site management within a full-service hospitality brand
  • Commercially astute with a strong grasp of budgeting, P&L, labour and margin control
  • Innovative & adaptable – capable of driving efficiencies while upholding our brand values
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, able to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Proactive with a \’can-do\’ attitude, problem-solving mindset & ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Ability to travel
