Package includes membership of an independently managed tronc arrangement through which service charge is allocated outside of and in addition to your basic pay from your employment, salary package of up to ÂŁ42,000 per year (combined fixed annual salary and base tronc), plus additional, uncapped tronc potential based on site performance. Overall, on track earnings ÂŁ46,000 based on current site performance.
