What you’ll be doing:
- Driving sales & growing bookings
- Build strong relationships within our local communities to generate private hire, group dining and event bookings.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through exceptional communication and guest care.
- Identify new opportunities to drive covers, revenue and awareness across our restaurants.
- Work closely with restaurant teams to maximise sales opportunities and ensure every enquiry receives a warm Megan’s welcome.
Owning the guest journey:
- Manage every stage of the booking process, from first enquiry through to the event itself.
- Coordinate pre-orders, guest requirements, event details and run sheets to ensure a seamless experience.
- Act as the key point of contact for guests, making planning feel easy, enjoyable and stress-free.
- Deliver a level of hospitality that leaves guests recommending Megan’s long after the event has finished.
- Be the expert in our booking platforms, particularly Design My Night.
- Ensure diaries are optimised, accurate and set up to maximise sales opportunities.
- Monitor enquiry trends, conversion rates and booking performance, using insight to continuously improve results.
- Support reporting and forecasting around events and private hire performance.
Building community connections:
- Develop and nurture relationships with local businesses, charities and community groups.
- Support local partnerships, activations and events that strengthen Megan’s presence within the neighbourhood.
- Help position Megan’s as the first choice for celebrations, gatherings and special occasions.
- Represent the brand with warmth, personality and genuine enthusiasm.
Bringing events to life:
- Be present for key events and private hires where needed, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Work closely with operational teams to deliver memorable guest experiences.
- Troubleshoot calmly, think ahead and make sure every detail is taken care of.
- Celebrate the wins and help create moments guests will remember for years to come.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in multi-site hospitality sales, events, or private hire.
- A natural relationship builder who loves meeting people and creating connections.
- Strong sales ability, with confidence converting enquiries into bookings and revenue.
- Excellent organisation skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience using booking platforms, ideally Design My Night.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to work independently.
