What you’ll be doing
- Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels.
- Own the marketing calendar from menu launches to new openings and key trading moments.
- Bring our brand to life through creative, engaging campaigns that drive footfall and loyalty.
- Partner with Ops teams to create tailored local marketing plans that actually work.
- Lead on community and charity initiatives, making sure Megan’s gives back in meaningful ways.
- Support performance marketing activity across Meta, Google and beyond.
- Track campaign performance and report on what’s driving results.
- Use data and insight to refine campaigns and improve ROI.
- Work with partners to optimise digital performance and conversion.
- Balance creativity with commercial thinking - knowing what good looks like and what works.
Digital, content & brand consistency
- Manage website content and updates, improving UX and performance.
- Work with creative, digital and media agencies to deliver best-in-class output.
- Champion the Megan’s tone of voice, look and feel across every touchpoint.
- Support teams with tools, templates and guidance to bring the brand to life locally.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in a multi-channel marketing role within hospitality, retail or another multi-site business.
- Strong campaign planning and project management skills.
- Experience working across digital, content and performance marketing.
- Confidence managing agencies and external partners.
- Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with non-marketing stakeholders.
- Experience in a fast-paced, growing environment.
- Experience managing local marketing strategies across multiple locations.
