What you’ll be doing

  • Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels.
  • Own the marketing calendar from menu launches to new openings and key trading moments.
  • Bring our brand to life through creative, engaging campaigns that drive footfall and loyalty.
  • Partner with Ops teams to create tailored local marketing plans that actually work.
  • Lead on community and charity initiatives, making sure Megan’s gives back in meaningful ways.
  • Support performance marketing activity across Meta, Google and beyond.
  • Track campaign performance and report on what’s driving results.
  • Use data and insight to refine campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Work with partners to optimise digital performance and conversion.
  • Balance creativity with commercial thinking - knowing what good looks like and what works.

Digital, content & brand consistency

  • Manage website content and updates, improving UX and performance.
  • Work with creative, digital and media agencies to deliver best-in-class output.
  • Champion the Megan’s tone of voice, look and feel across every touchpoint.
  • Support teams with tools, templates and guidance to bring the brand to life locally.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in a multi-channel marketing role within hospitality, retail or another multi-site business.
  • Strong campaign planning and project management skills.
  • Experience working across digital, content and performance marketing.
  • Confidence managing agencies and external partners.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with non-marketing stakeholders.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Experience managing local marketing strategies across multiple locations.
  • A passion for community, charity and building meaningful brand connections.
