Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic, commercial and operational direction for food and drink across the group.
  • Define long‑term food and drink strategy and translate vision into menu priorities.
  • Set menu evolution framework and drive menu engineering, pricing, sales mix and contribution margin.
  • Own end‑to‑end trials and launches and monitor performance against success criteria.
  • Provide senior oversight of supplier relationships and the food and drink supply chain.
  • Lead and develop the Food & Beverage team, setting objectives and high performance standards.
  • Ensure training and operational readiness across sites for menu changes.
  • Maintain food safety, allergens, nutrition and health & safety standards throughout menu development.
  • Present menu performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading food & beverage strategy and menu development in a multi‑site hospitality or casual dining business.
  • Strong commercial and operational judgement, using data, systems and insight for decision making.
  • Passion for food and drink with a keen eye to trends, quality and guest expectations.
  • Collaborative leadership style, able to set direction and challenge teams.
