Responsibilities
- Lead strategic, commercial and operational direction for food and drink across the group.
- Define long‑term food and drink strategy and translate vision into menu priorities.
- Set menu evolution framework and drive menu engineering, pricing, sales mix and contribution margin.
- Own end‑to‑end trials and launches and monitor performance against success criteria.
- Provide senior oversight of supplier relationships and the food and drink supply chain.
- Lead and develop the Food & Beverage team, setting objectives and high performance standards.
- Ensure training and operational readiness across sites for menu changes.
- Maintain food safety, allergens, nutrition and health & safety standards throughout menu development.
- Present menu performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

- Proven experience leading food & beverage strategy and menu development in a multi‑site hospitality or casual dining business.
- Strong commercial and operational judgement, using data, systems and insight for decision making.
