We’re growing fast, opening beautiful neighbourhood restaurants, and we’re looking for a Commercial Finance Manager, with multi-site experience, who loves numbers and people in equal measure. Someone who can spot the story behind the data, challenge assumptions, and help our teams make smarter commercial decisions every day. What you’ll be doing

  • FP&A, insight & business partnering (the main event - 60–70%)
    • You’ll be the go-to finance partner for our non-finance stakeholders, helping them truly understand performance and what to do next.
    • Act as a trusted finance business partner to non-finance stakeholders across a multi-site business.
    • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes.
    • Produce meaningful variance analysis and performance commentary with clear, actionable insight.
    • Build financial models, scenario analysis, and business cases.
    • Develop and maintain Power BI (or similar) dashboards and performance reporting.
    • Analyse operational KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
    • Support commercial decision-making through robust financial analysis.
  • Systems & data (where the magic happens)
    • Work with finance and operational systems including Fourth and Zonal.
    • Ensure data consistency and integrity across systems.
    • Use Excel and Power BI to analyse large datasets and produce insight.
    • Support continuous improvement of reporting, analytics, and processes.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner or FP&A role.
  • Experience working within a multi-site environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Power BI.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling, pivot tables, and lookups.
  • Ability to work effectively with non-finance stakeholders.
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced, changeable environment.
  • Experience using Fourth and Zonal systems.
  • Part qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience.
  • Experience within hospitality, retail, leisure, or a similar multi-site sector.
