We’re looking for an Assistant General Manager who brings the heart, the hustle, and the good vibes.

If you love creating those “wow, that was lovely” guest moments and you’re all about building a happy, buzzing team, you’ll fit right in at Megan’s.

You’ll balance the fun with the focus, keeping an eye on the numbers while keeping the energy high on the floor.

Experience in a full table-service restaurant is a big win (whether that’s a busy neighbourhood spot or a charming little pub).

What’s in it for you?

Pay

Salary package of up to £40,000 per year (combined fixed annual salary and base tronc), plus additional, uncapped tronc potential, based on site performance.

Overall, on track earnings £45,000 based on current site performance.
