Your mission: MegaGroup Trade Holding is an international technical wholesaler specializing in water solutions that improve people’s lives. We take pride in addressing global water challenges and supporting sectors such as Irrigation, Livestock, Swimming pools, Building services, and industry. As part of MegaGroup, Anchor Pumps is an established and highly respected distributor of pumps and water engineering products, representing our pump expertise in the UK market and delivering high-quality solutions and technical support to a wide range of customers.

You will lead commercial growth in the South of England. This is a field-based role focused on managing all channels of sales, including Merchants/M&E Contractor/Industrial customers. You will be responsible for delivering sales targets, driving customer engagement, and finding new customer opportunities.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Deliver revenue and margin targets across your designated region
  • Build and develop strong relationships with merchants, contractors, and partners
  • Influence product specification and secure agreements through technical consultation
  • Lead account reviews, pipeline development, and territory planning
  • Represent the business at key meetings, presentations, and industry events
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure best-in-class service delivery
  • Maintain accurate reporting and CRM updates across all account activity
