About The Role

As a Product Marketing Manager at Megabit, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy for assigned titles, working closely with internal teams, and partner studios. • Project manage the campaign from start to end, collaborating with the wider publishing and marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of marketing materials (key visual, trailers, store copy, messaging docs, etc.).
  • Collaborate with studios and Aonic production teams on publishing needs, assets and feedback.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis, audience and player research, and advocating for go‑to‑market excellence.
  • Be an evangelist for your titles, advocating for the very best game campaigns, supporting team growth and ensuring alignment across the publishing business.
  • Brief, support, and manage internal teams and external partners on campaign strategy and creative output.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data and insights to refine and optimise future activity.

  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, agile and hands‑on entrepreneurial environment.

About Megabit and the Team

Megabit is the Console, PC, and VR publishing arm of the Aonic group. We bring together some brilliant studios—including Tiny Roar, BKOM, Milky Tea, VR specialists nDreams and Warren Spector’s Otherside Entertainment—and we love teaming up with talented third‑party studios too. There are loads of exciting games in the works, like Lou’s Lagoon, Hello Sunshine, Verdant, and Pathfinder: Abomination Vaults.

We’re a friendly, down‑to‑earth bunch who genuinely enjoy working together and with our partner studios. Between us, we’ve got heaps of experience across console, PC, and VR releases—everything from big AAA titles to indie gems. Our agile team is all about bringing games to market in smart, creative, and sometimes disruptive ways which make a real impact. If you’re a natural collaborator with plenty of drive and positive energy, you’ll fit right in.

On top of all that, you’ll get a generous benefits package: 30 days’ annual leave, hybrid working, private health care, pension, and plenty of fun social events.

At Megabit, we’re advocates for diversity and inclusion. As a conscious employer, we strive to create a diverse team with the commitment to develop a positive work culture by embracing diversity, equality and inclusion. All candidates welcome.
