MEGA is seeking a Lead Mentor to lead and develop its mentoring programme, supporting apprentices from Level 2 to Level 7. You will coordinate a consistent support programme with employers, education providers and the MEGA team, ensuring timely assistance throughout learning and employment.
You will implement practical mentoring with programme coordination, employer engagement and continuous improvement, while not managing the Lean Coach or company mentors directly.
