About the role: We are seeking an experienced Creative Director with a strong background in choreography for stage. The ideal candidate will have experience working on multimedia projects across a broad range of genres and styles and be comfortable working with existing productions as well as designing and consulting on new concepts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Direct & choreograph multiple events or projects simultaneously, often with tight deadlines and quick turnarounds.
  • Direct rehearsals, talent, and show crews, ensuring consistent creative vision and show quality.
  • Lead the direction and choreography of shows across MEGA’s portfolio.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to communicate a clear creative vision and guide teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact experiences.
  • Experience collaborating with choreographers or directly developing basic choreographic elements.
  • Calm under pressure and highly adaptable during live environments.
  • Experience working across a broad range of genres.
