About the role: The successful candidate will be in charge of advertising and marketing a selection of events in the UK and internationally, making use predominantly of paid social media advertising, always being mindful of innovating new approaches and making use of new tools in a fast-evolving marketplace.
Required Skills:
- A deep understanding & experience in executing a range of paid social media advertising
- A good eye for creative media and visuals that create successful campaigns
- A desire to find and test new methods
- Be data-driven and analytical
- A basic understanding of events marketing
Required Experience:
- A grounding in events
- Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
- Proven experience in a senior digital marketing or performance marketing role within the events sector. Must have a clear understanding of the events we are selling and how to market them.
- Strong background in Paid Social and/or Performance Marketing, with hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in campaign tracking, attribution, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, or similar).
- Ability to lead and inspire a team while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Salary: £50,000
Working Conditions: This is a full-time, permanent position. The role will be based at our office in North Acton, London. Working hours are 10:00 – 18:00 / Monday to Friday.
