Job Description

MEGA is an award winning (Promoter of the year 2023), pioneering experiential events company with a portfolio of brands occupying the intersection of popular culture, music & entertainment. We independently develop & execute unique products with the power to cut through the noise, entertaining over 500,000 guests per year.

At MEGA we manage the full 360 degrees of event creation from concept to completion, allowing us to be dynamic in a fast paced market environment. Event concepts & research, branding, marketing, tour management, production, logistics, talent booking, and event management are all part of our repertoire.

Our event concepts/acts include: The Rock Orchestra // Silent Discos in Incredible Places // Illuminated Orchestra // Enchanted Voices // Secret Soiree 

About the role:

The successful candidate will be in charge of advertising and marketing a selection of events in the UK and internationally, making use predominantly of paid social media advertising, always being mindful of innovating new approaches and making use of new tools in a fast evolving marketplace.

Required Skills:

  • A deep understanding & experience in executing a range of paid social social media advertising
  • A good eye for creative media and visuals that create successful campaigns
  • A desire to find and test new methods
  • Be data driven and analytical
  • A basic understanding of events marketing

Required Experience:

  • A grounding in events
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
  • Proven experience in a senior digital marketing or performance marketing role within the events sector. Must have a clear understanding of the events we are selling and how to market them.
  • Strong background in Paid Social and/or Performance Marketing, with hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in campaign tracking, attribution, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, or similar).
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Content creation skills
  • Interest in live music and festivals

Salary: £50,000

Working Conditions:

  • This is a full-time, permanent position
  • The role will be based at our office in North Acton, London
  • Working hours are 10:00 – 18:00 / Monday to Friday
