Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Marketer to support the marketing team in executing and optimising paid social campaigns across our portfolio of shows. This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in digital marketing, strong analytical skills, and a passion for delivering high-performing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Paid Social Campaign Support : Assist in the setup, management, and optimisation of paid social campaigns across the Meta Ads platform , ensuring best practices are followed for different objectives and audience segments.
- Creative Input & Best Practices : Work closely with creative teams, providing data-backed recommendations to ensure content aligns with platform best practices and paid social objectives.
- Quality Assurance & Attention to Detail : Perform meticulous checks on campaign setups, tracking, and budget pacing to prevent overspending and ensure all data is captured accurately.
- A/B Testing & Performance Optimisation : Implement and monitor A/B tests across audiences, creatives, and objectives, using insights to refine campaign strategy and improve performance.
- Data & Reporting : Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests , analysing key metrics to inform marketing decisions.
- Cross-Team Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of assets and maintain deadlines for campaign launches.
- Marketing Strategy Support : Contribute to the development of paid and content strategies, bringing new ideas and insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Some experience or understanding of paid social advertising , particularly within Meta Ads Manager .
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- A keen eye for detail , ensuring accuracy in campaign setups, tracking, and budget management.
