About the role: We’re looking for a creative and trend-savvy digital content specialist with a strong focus on video and graphic design for social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating viral content and understands how to capture attention in a fast-moving digital world. You’ll be producing content across our diverse portfolio of events.
Job Responsibilities:
- Produce engaging video content and graphic content optimized for social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook.
- Conceptualize and execute content ideas that are timely, shareable, and aligned with our brand tone and goals.
- Stay on top of trends, internet culture, and platform best practices to develop fresh, engaging content.
- Collaborate with the marketing teams to brainstorm and plan upcoming campaigns or launches.
- Edit and re-purpose existing footage or assets to keep content pipelines active and relevant.
- Develop content that aligns with the goals and brand identity of multiple events.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience creating viral or high-performing content for social media.
- Strong portfolio showcasing video editing, graphic design work.
- Keen eye for aesthetics, and cultural relevance.
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva, or other relevant platforms.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
- Comfortable adapting content style to fit different event audiences and tones.
- Experience with A/B testing content for performance.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (Based on Experience)
Working Conditions:
- This is a full-time, permanent position.
- The role will be based at our office in North Acton, London.
- Working hours are 10:00 – 18:00 / Monday to Friday.
- Occasional travel, both within UK and Internationally.
