About the role:

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketer to take ownership of campaign planning, execution, and optimisation across our portfolio. This role requires a data-led approach, a strong creative mindset, and leadership skills to drive performance marketing success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management & Strategy: Develop, execute, and continuously optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns across Paid Social, Search, and other performance-driven channels to achieve business objectives.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with creative and content teams to brief, guide, and refine marketing assets, ensuring they align with brand messaging and performance goals.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Paid Social Managers and Executives, providing strategic direction, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
  • Market & Platform Insights: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging opportunities across digital marketing platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and programmatic channels).
  • Performance Marketing: Drive direct response campaigns focused on customer acquisition, retention, and ROI, using data and insights to refine strategies.
  • Analytics & Optimisation: Oversee campaign reporting, analyse key performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Budget Management: Own campaign budgets, allocate spend effectively across channels, and ensure efficient use of marketing investment.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to align on goals, share insights, and drive campaign success.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a performance marketing role within the events sector. Must have a clear understanding of the events we are selling and how to market them.
  • Strong background in Paid Social and/or Performance Marketing, with hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in campaign tracking, attribution, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, or similar).
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Salary:

Dependent on experience

Working Conditions:

  • This is a full-time, permanent position
  • The role will be based at our office in North Acton, London
  • Working hours are 10:00 - 18:00 / Monday to Friday
