At the heart of every visit is our food & beverage offering — and we're now seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee and develop our kitchen and bar operations.
About the Role
As Food & Beverage Manager, you'll take ownership of the full F&B operation — from the kitchen and bar teams to stock management and guest service delivery.
You will ensure our menus, drinks, and service standards create consistently enjoyable, family-friendly experiences, whether during everyday trade or large-scale parties and events.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role requiring equal measures of commercial awareness, operational discipline, and passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and inspire the kitchen and bar teams to deliver high standards of service and hospitality
- Oversee all aspects of food & beverage operations, including menu execution, bar service, and guest satisfaction
- Manage budgets, cost control, supplier relationships, and stock management across both kitchen and bar
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and licensing regulations
- Monitor and enhance F&B processes to maximise efficiency, minimise waste, and increase profitability
- Work closely with the senior management team to coordinate seamless service during peak times, parties, and events
- Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a Food & Beverage leadership role within a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Strong people-management skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop diverse teams
- Excellent knowledge of food hygiene, allergen procedures, and licensing compliance (Level 3 Food Safety preferred)
- Commercially minded, with experience managing costs and driving revenue
- Hands-on, proactive, and resilient, with a genuine passion for guest experience
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and school holidays as required
