- Leading and supervising a dedicated team of FLT drivers and warehouse operatives ensures that daily operational targets are consistently met.
- Efficient allocation of tasks across the team will guarantee the safe and optimal utilisation of all forklift equipment.
- Maintaining exceptionally high standards of health and safety, stock accuracy, and housekeeping goes hand-in-hand with providing on-the-job coaching and performance support.

WHO YOU ARE
- Possession of a valid FLT licence is essential for this position.
- Proven experience working within a warehouse or logistics environment, ideally in a supervisory or team leader capacity.
