WHAT YOU DO

  • Provide expert 2nd and 3rd level support for IT systems, including implementation, consulting, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with internal customers, colleagues, and central IT to resolve technical issues and deliver exceptional service.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user queries, ensuring efficient and effective IT support.
  • Assist with the introduction and replacement of specialized IT solutions, aligning with IT strategy and security standards.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the plant, specialist departments, and central IT, fostering strong collaboration and communication.
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of IT projects, from planning to implementation.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all hardware and software solutions.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Vocational training as an IT Systems Specialist or similar.
  • Experience with production-related applications, hardware, and ticketing systems (e.g. Jira).
  • Proficiency in Windows Systems, Networking technologies and experience with IT infrastructure (cabling, hardware components, switches, servers, and storage systems) are expected.
  • ITIL certification and basic German language skills are highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel to our Head office in Germany.
