Thriva are now looking to appoint a successful, experienced sales and business development executive adept at discovering, securing and managing strategic commercial partnerships across pharmaceutical companies with a focus on the UK market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with the management team and the wider Commercial team to agree the strategy and undertake that execution in a results and insight driven way.
  • As Thriva won't have a dedicated marketing function to support initially, you'll be able to input and assist with any marketing activity that's best suited to the target market.
  • Working closely with product teams to ensure they're selling what they have but equally, prioritising the roadmap to maximise the addressable opportunity.
  • Inputting on the contracting process and assisting in the development of processes that will help them close more deals, more quickly.
  • Owning your pipeline and ensuring your metrics are meeting your revenue targets.
  • Working cross functionally with their team to inform colleagues of market changes, product roadmap needs, and more.
  • Most importantly, within the first 12 months, be able to deliver a vision for how Thriva can deliver high value, and ideally large ticket project across all aspects of the pharma value chain.
