Bath Road Surgery in Hounslow is seeking a motivated Practice Nurse to join our clinical team. You will deliver person-centred care across chronic disease management, immunisations, and health promotion, working closely with GPs and HCAs and autonomously within a multidisciplinary team.
This role involves vaccinations, cervical cytology, home visits, wound care, health checks, and contributing to audits and quality improvement.
