East London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to lead its Speech and Language Therapy service within a medium secure forensic learning disability inpatient ward. The Head will balance strategic leadership with clinical practice, supervising a six-strong team (including dysphagia) while maintaining an on‑ward caseload.
You will work with psychology, psychiatry, nursing, OT, social work and medical colleagues to deliver person-centred care.
