The Role
As Account Manager, you'll be central to the delivery of a broad range of medical communications activities, working closely with clients, scientific teams and cross-functional colleagues across multiple geographies. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a day-to-day client contact and trusted partner, building strong and collaborative relationships
- Lead the delivery of complex medical communications programmes across international markets
- Manage timelines, budgets, resources and project workflows across multiple concurrent activities
- Coordinate the development of engaging digital assets and educational materials
- Support the planning and execution of virtual and face-to-face meetings, advisory boards, congress activities and educational events
- Collaborate with scientific, creative and digital teams to deliver impactful, high-quality communications
- Identify opportunities to add value and contribute to the continued success and growth of the account
About You
- Experience within a medical communications agency environment
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting virtual and in-person events is highly desirable
- Comfortable working within international teams and across global programmes
- Commercially aware, proactive and solutions-focused
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build credibility and trust with clients and colleagues alike
- An interest in aesthetics, dermatology or related therapeutic areas would be advantageous
