Cambridgeshire County Council is recruiting three experienced children's social care practitioners to join the Quality Assurance Service on a fixed-term basis or secondment until March 2028 as Quality Assurance Officers. You will help implement the national Families First Programme and shape future children's services across Cambridgeshire.
You will gather and analyse evidence, evaluate pilots and support development of new service structures, ensuring systems are effective and child-focused.
