An exciting permanent, part-time opportunity has arisen for a motivated and compassionate Band 5 Community Staff Nurse to join our Out of Hours Community Nursing Service in Halton covering the evening service between 17:00 23:00 3 x shifts a week including Saturdays and Sundays.
This role is ideal for a registered nurse who is enthusiastic about delivering high-quality, person-centred care to patients in their own home and supporting people to remain safe and independent within the community.
