The Opportunity
As Analytics & Insights Business Partnering Lead, you will lead the strategic direction of Analytics within the Procurement Enablement chapter. This function is central to building a best-in-class Procurement organization through data-driven insights, governance, capability development, and digital innovation. You will shape how data is leveraged across Global Procurement, unlocking its full potential to inform decision-making, drive performance, and create tangible business impact. Operating in a highly dynamic, global environment, you will guide teams to apply structured thinking, advanced Analytics, and actionable insights to complex business challenges.
Your Impact
- In this leadership role, you will act as a strategic advisor and capability builder, working across Procurement, Finance, and cross-functional Analytics teams.
- You will lead, coach, and inspire others while delivering high-impact Analytics solutions and fostering a strong data-driven culture.
- Setting the vision and strategy for Analytics and insights within business partnering, aligning with broader Global Procurement objectives.
- Acting as a senior subject matter expert, guiding best practices in data strategy, Analytics, visualization, and insight generation.
- Leading the development and continuous improvement of Analytics products, frameworks, and scalable solutions.
- Influencing senior stakeholders to embed data-driven decision-making and improve data quality across the organization.
- Building and developing high-performing teams, while contributing to cross-functional initiatives, squads, and enterprise-wide programs.
- Championing innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies, methodologies, and ways of working.
Who You Are
You are an experienced leader with a strong track record in Analytics, Procurement, and account management within complex, matrixed organizations. You bring both strategic vision and hands-on expertise, along with the ability to influence at the highest levels.
- A university degree (business, Analytics, or life sciences preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in Procurement, Analytics, business analysis, or management consulting.
- Proven experience translating complex business challenges into scalable analytical solutions.
- Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive adoption of new strategies and technologies.
- Deep expertise in data, visualization, and insight generation, combined with experience leading teams and initiatives.
- Category management experience is highly advantageous.
- Previous account management experience also desirable.
- Fluency in English.
