Meeveem Limited is seeking a Paramedic Practitioner to join an Acute Home Visiting Service within the Central and West Warrington Primary Care Network. You will deliver autonomous, patient-centred care during home visits across the PCN, assessing and managing acute and complex health needs in patients unable to attend practice.
This part-time role runs 10:00am–6:00pm with Fridays fixed and another day (Wednesday or Thursday) to be agreed.
