North Cheshire and Mersey NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic registered nurse to join our Anticoagulation Service as an Anticoagulation Specialist Nurse. This role delivers nurse-led anticoagulation care across hospital and community settings, working autonomously to manage a diverse patient caseload.
You will lead anticoagulation clinics, assess patients, interpret results and develop management plans, providing education to patients and supporting the MDT.
