The Southwest Op Courage Veterans Mental Health Service, operated across the Devon and Cornwall area, is recruiting a Band 6 Specialist Practitioner. You must be mobile and based in the region, with hybrid working including clinical spaces, hot-desks and homeworking.
Some travel may be required and appointments can be face-to-face or virtual. You will conduct mental health assessments, safety planning and deliver evidence-based interventions while coordinating care as a keyworker for patients
