An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Coordinator within Adult Critical Care at King's Mill Hospital.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated Critical Care Nurse who is passionate about delivering the highest standards of patient care and committed to driving continuous improvement. As Team Coordinator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operational management of the unit. Working closely with Department Leaders and the wider senior team, you will help ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, evidence-based care, while fostering a positive, collaborative and forward-thinking culture.
You will be supported by our dedicated Clinical Education Team, with excellent opportunities for ongoing professional development, learning and career progression. This role offers the opportunity to combine hands-on clinical practice with leadership responsibilities, enabling you to make a meaningful contribution to service development, quality improvement and the continued success of our Critical Care service.

- Mandatory training and updates

Experience
Essential
- Significant post registration experience, including experience within specialty
- Significant experience at Band 5
- Supervision of non registered staff, pre-registration and post basic students

- Demonstrate an understanding of the Team Co-ordinator role
Desirable
- Research training / experience
