HCRG Care Group is seeking a Physiotherapist Band 6 for its Integrated Neighbourhood Team in Swindon. You will deliver patient‑centred physiotherapy in patients’ homes, nursing and residential settings, supporting discharge and independence.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team, manage caseloads, provide guidance to Therapy Support Workers, and contribute to high clinical standards and development of colleagues while travelling across the BSW area.
