Marie Curie in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking an experienced palliative care nurse to join the new service at Royal Stoke University Hospital. You will identify patients in the Emergency Department in their last year of life, provide specialist care and facilitate rapid discharge to the most appropriate place of care.
You will lead on symptom control, coordinate with community and hospital palliative teams, supervise staff, and support learning.
