Stockport NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Rotational Clinical Pharmacist on a fixed-term basis for 18 months. The role covers 37.5 hours per week with rotation across wards and dispensary duties.
You will contribute to medicines reconciliation, discharge prescriptions, and medicines information support while rotating through medicine, stroke, trauma and orthopaedics, women and children, surgery, community and outpatient services.
