Patient‑Centred Care

Your Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee care plans for renal patients.
- Ensure careful documentation of clinical activities.
- Prepare and monitor dialysis machines and systems.
- Review pre‑ and post‑haemodialysis care with patients.

Requirements
- NMC Registered General Nurse or close to qualifying.
- Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a multi‑disciplinary team.
- Positive, dynamic approach to delivering safe, effective care.
- Excellent English communication skills.
