New nurses undergo a comprehensive induction and receive ongoing training from a senior team dedicated to development and wellbeing.

We pride ourselves on a 1:4 nurse‑to‑patient ratio, offering early, late and long shifts from Monday to Saturday (no Sundays) for flexible working patterns.

Patient‑Centred Care

With a 1:4 nurse‑to‑patient ratio and a clinic open Monday to Saturday without night or Sunday work, you’ll have the flexibility and time‑balance you’re looking for while delivering holistic patient care.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee care plans for renal patients.
  • Ensure careful documentation of clinical activities.
  • Prepare and monitor dialysis machines and systems.
  • Review pre‑ and post‑haemodialysis care with patients.
  • Collaborate within a multi‑disciplinary team.

Requirements

  • NMC Registered General Nurse or close to qualifying.
  • Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a multi‑disciplinary team.
  • Positive, dynamic approach to delivering safe, effective care.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
