Job Summary
Cleveland Clinic London is recruiting for an experienced Highly Specialist Speech & Language Therapist to join our Bank team, supporting our Head & Neck Oncology service. This is an excellent opportunity to work flexibly within a world-class multidisciplinary team, delivering expert care to patients with complex communication and swallowing needs.
About the Role
- Working on a flexible basis you will operate as an autonomous practitioner providing specialist assessment and intervention across both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Manage complex voice, communication and swallowing disorders in head & neck cancer patients.
- Deliver advanced care including laryngectomy management and surgical voice restoration.
- Support patients with tracheostomy and complex dysphagia needs.
- Work closely with the wider MDT including ENT, oncology, dietetics and nursing teams.
- Provide specialist input and share expertise to support high standards of care.
About You
- You’ll be a confident and experienced clinician who thrives in a specialist, fast-paced environment.
- Degree in Speech & Language Therapy with current HCPC registration.
- Significant experience in Head & Neck / Oncology / ENT at senior level.
- Competency in VFSS, FEES, and tracheostomy management.
- Expertise in laryngectomy care and voice prosthesis management.
- Strong MDT working and communication skills.
- A proactive, adaptable approach suited to bank/flexible working.
