You will play an active part in the development of systems and processes which support care delivery within these teams. You will require good communication skills and be able to build positive partnerships with key stakeholders in primary and secondary care. You will work collaboratively with Solent Mind and have peer recovery workers work alongside practitioners in the surgery.
