We are looking for a confident Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a passion for delivering outstanding care. You will work 42 hours a week, covering days, nights and weekends, at The Daley Care Centre.

Job Responsibilities
You will be working 42 hours a week (days 07:30‑20:00 pm and nights 19:30‑08:00 am including alternative weekends) at The Daley Care Centre, a specialist Neurological Complex Care service in Sheffield. The centre supports individuals with high nursing needs, acquired brain injury (ABI) and complex neurological conditions.
Experience in complex care such as stoma care, spinal injuries, tracheostomy care, suctioning, catheter care and enteral feeding is desirable.
Your Day‑to‑Day
- Produce outstanding written reports based on nursing assessments and observations.
- Work closely with the management team to develop the service, audit and improve quality.
- Attend all training and engage in continuous professional development to further knowledge and promote nursing.
- Under NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete and maintained collectively with residents, relatives and other healthcare professionals.
- Administer prescribed medicines following healthcare procedures and healthcare commission guidelines.
You Are
- Open, compassionate, honest and resilient.
- A registered nurse with a current NMC pin number.
- Capable of maintaining documentation and undertaking audits.
- Well informed of the Mental Health Act 1983 and an understanding of latest nursing practices.
- Able to deputise in a clinical lead role.
- Focused on patient recovery to monitor, manage and reduce risk.
- Committed to empowering and supporting service user independence.
