We’re looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join our Health Records & Virtual Clinics team. This team is building the foundational infrastructure that powers Flo’s next generation of personalised healthcare experiences. Our mission is to integrate diverse health data sources, from clinical systems and external vendors to user-reported data, including data from wearables directly or via Health Connect/HealthKit, into a unified, reliable, and actionable health record. This foundation will enable a new Virtual Clinics direction, delivering personalised, data-driven care journeys at scale.

While this is a deeply technical and data-heavy area, we believe that the true value of health data is unlocked through intuitive, trustworthy, and beautifully designed user experiences. You will partner closely with product design to ensure complex, fragmented health data is translated into clear, intuitive, and user-friendly experiences.

Your Experience Must have:

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, including experience in platform, data, or infrastructure products
  • Strong technical background, with experience working on APIs, data pipelines, or distributed systems
  • Experience integrating third-party vendors, APIs, or complex ecosystems (healthcare experience is a strong plus)
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, data quality challenges, and trade-offs in building scalable data platforms
  • Proven passion for building high-quality user experiences, with a track record of partnering closely with design to ship intuitive and elegant products
  • Ability to translate complex technical systems and data into simple, user-friendly interfaces and flows
  • Experience working in regulated environments and collaborating with clinical, legal, privacy, and security stakeholders
  • Proven ability to define and deliver products in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience defining and tracking metrics for platform/data products
  • Track record of iterative delivery and experimentation, even within complex technical domains
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around complex initiatives
  • Passion for building impactful healthcare products and improving user outcomes through data

What you’ll be doing

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Health Records and data integrations, enabling scalable and secure ingestion of data from multiple vendors and systems
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of health data: from ingestion and normalization to enrichment and activation in downstream experiences
  • Lead the development of a unified health data model that supports personalised user experiences, clinical use cases, and Virtual Clinics services
  • Partner with design team to create best‑in‑class UI/UX patterns for surfacing health insights, longitudinal records, and care journeys
  • Ensure that health data is presented in a way that is actionable, empathetic, and clinically responsible, balancing simplicity with accuracy
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Data, Clinical, and Legal teams to ensure data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and user privacy
  • Own the creation of well‑scoped product and technical specifications, and actively participate in technical trade‑off discussions
  • Operate as a deeply embedded partner within the squad, not just a stakeholder, contributing to architecture-level decisions and day-to-day execution
  • Drive vendor integration strategy, including prioritisation, evaluation, and long-term partnership management
  • Collaborate with AI Platform team to ensure high-quality structured data is available for models and personalised insights
  • Balance speed and scalability, making high-judgment trade-offs across infrastructure, data quality, and user-facing impact
  • Establish metrics to evaluate data quality, coverage, and downstream impact on user outcomes and business goals
  • Stay on top of industry trends in digital health, interoperability, and virtual care, as well as evolving UX patterns in consumer health products
